Semi Automatic Assembly Machine,
Model BL-80 for “Bonnell“ type innersprings, computerized (PLC
controlled) and in a working width of up to 2000 mm (King size).

The machine forms
fully automatically the top and
bottom helicals to combine Bonnell type innersprings directly
into a spring unit. Both helicals are automatically trimmed on
all four laterals without any wastage of helical wire. Special
devices allow for
a quick change-over to a different unit width.
