In 1990 REMEX AG was established by its owner Bernhard Graf as a joint stock company.  During the first years of activity, REMEX AG was exclusively dedicated to refurbishing and trading used wire and textile machines.

In 2000 a strategically important decision was taken. 

REMEX AG started to invest in development and construction of own brand machinery, destinated to the upholstery- and mattress industry.

In 2001 the first serially produced machines were already delivered to our customers all over the world.

To strengthen the company, REMEX AG sold in the year 2002 a minority share package to the well known German machine manufacturer, WAFIOS AG.

Since the introduction and sale of our own developed machines,

REMEX AG is enjoing a steadey and healthy growth.

The remarkable confidence offered by our worldwide customers has encouraged REMEX AG to become one of the worlds leading producers of wire processing machines in the industry.
